PROF. RAFAEL COHEN-ALMAGOR (D.Phil. Oxon)

Professor Cohen-Almagor is an Israeli, a former founder and Director of the Centre for Democratic Studies at the University of Haifa and a member of the Israel Press Council.  He has published 18 books on a wide range of subjects in English and Hebrew, in particular on the limits of Free Speech, Ethics in Media and Internet and challenges to Israeli Democracy.
